Many success stories have been said,
written and even documented, but only a few have fate and chance at the center
of the stage. Segun Ekundayo, Speller 1 of ACE SPELLING COMPETITION
#SpellGlamour2016 seemed predestined for victory; albeit, he showed readiness,
diligence and composure all through the contest.
Amazingly, the Degree 4 English student,
spelt every letter of each word thrown at him, correctly; more amazingly, he
didn’t require the help of any of his lifeline (Team Members).
When Ola Adene, Initiator of SPELL GLAMOUR,
asked: “How coincidental is it that you’re Speller 1 and now Number 1. How do
you feel”? Segun simply replied: “It is
grace, grace Sir”!
Congratulations to Him!
